BROOKE MORRIS

Brooke is a leadership professional with 15+ years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth healthcare arena. Having personally witnessed the growth and diversification associated with the field, she has served in a variety of leadership roles and possess extensive experience in healthcare management/administration, hospital and clinic/on-site billing, accounting management, policy creation and implementation.

She is the multi-talented owner of MIR (Morris Innovative Resolutions) - a consulting firm specializing in human resource management, healthcare management and employee engagement/employee buy-in programs.

In addition, Brooke has developed training programs for diversity/inclusion hiring, leadership personality profiling and OCM (Organizational Change Management) and also developed multiple Employee Handbooks. She is a SHRM Member and PHR Certified.
